Kory and her staff at Superstar were A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! I will not buy a cake anywhere else in Anchorage. Her services were fantastic... from the first tasting to the final delivery, working with her and SSPD was a breeze. The cake was beautiful and delicious... it wasn't just a fondant centerpiece to look at, but an actual tasty pastry. All my guests loved it and there were no leftovers!The designing process was brilliant, too. Kory gave us her undivided attention and provided suggestions, hints and tips and eventually changed how we felt about fondant and anything with the word "buttercream". If I was getting married again tomorrow, I would choose her bakery in a heart beat!

Superstar is a great place to go for wedding cake (or any cake for that matter as well as super yummy coffee drinks)The girls there were patient, and very willing to help in any way needed. Our final product was not only gorgeous but delicious :) I've never gone anywhere else that had mastered both.

I was impressed with their work, willingness to work with you, and how professional they are. Add to that the fact I'm getting a complimentary tier in a year instead of freezing one, and I'm ecstatic! I will be returning to them in the future.

Kory did an amazing job. The wedding cake was beyond beautiful and the grooms cake (black jack table) had remarkable detail down to the chip stacks and cards (we didn't want to cut it). The cakes not only looked amazing but tasted wonderful as well. We had several flavors; all delicious but I think my favorite was Superstar Signature. You can tell Kory is an artist.... it shows in her work; "she does what she loves and loves what she does."

Superstar Bakery is the best wedding cake in Anchorage, hands down. Kory is wonderful to work with and her cake is so delicious. When it comes to cake, you get what you pay for: Kory's cake is fresh and made to order, her buttercream frosting is light and creamy, and her set-up at the venue was perfect!

Superstar Pastry (Kory) had great ideas, I didn't know what I wanted but I knew what I didn't want! My cake was beautiful, and it was perfect for my wedding. Kory listened to me - she didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Her price was reasonable and the cake was delivered and presented as planned, I didn't have to worry about anything. She also was recommended by several people, that's why I went to her.

I recommend Superstar Pastry Design to all of my friends and family for ALL of their cake needs!!! I worked with Cory and she did an AMAZING job by helping me create the cake that I wanted based on my personal ideas. My cake was the most amazingly, beautiful thing at the wedding, aside from myself (of course, lol) ...Everyone raved about my wedding cake and still do 6 months later! This is the place to get your cake done if professionalism, attention to detail, quality of service and having the best cake designed ever are part of your list when looking for a cake vendor! Our wedding cakes were the coolest cakes I have ever seen! Kory @ Spdak MADE our wedding awesome with our World of Warcraft computer cakes - everyone who saw it was amazed at the detail! And the cakes were the best tasting wedding cakes we have ever had! Best fondant ever!!

The whole experience of working with Kory at SuperStar Pastry was wonderful. From designing the cake, doing the tasting, to seeing the final product at our reception. The cake was beautiful and exactly what I had wanted. My husband and I told Kory our ideas, and she brought them to life. We also had cupcakes which our guests just raved about (I didn't get one so I will be going into the store soon to try one.) The cake is one piece of the wedding which you can envision, but don't get to really see until the actual day. My husband and I couldn't wait to see it, and we certainly were not disappointed. I have bought other cakes from SuperStar Pastry and even had my bridal shower cake made from there. I have never been disappointed in the quality of the look or the taste of her cakes. I would highly recommend SuperStar Pastry to any and all brides.

She was great to work with. She had plenty of ideas and pictures to work off of and spent the time required to get the right cake design for me. I had a great time working with her. In the end, my cake was absolutely breath taking and I plan on working with her again for all my special occasions.

If you choose to get you wedding cake here, you are chosing the best palce. Not only do you get an awesome looking cake but it tastes wonderful. Also she can create anything you want for a grooms cake. Mine was so well done everyone thought it was just a scupture. Wonderful service and people to work with.
