Powersounds

Powersounds is a very good business for a wedding reception DJ. They were very responsive and have been doing it for years, so they will emcee your whole reception step by step EXACTLY the way you want it! They met with us before the event to make a detailed list of what we wanted at what point of the evening and took great notes on how we wanted everything done. All the music we wanted to hear was played. All the events and high points of the ceremony were taken care of by the dj, and the dj was on top of it and asked us if we were ready to proceed with everything at each point in time during the reception. The only thing I was disappointed with, is the actual DJ who did the reception for us. The guy we met with ahead of time was A LOT funner, more into the whole thing, and seemed like he knew what he was doing a lot better. The actual DJ on the day of the event was a little too quiet, wasn't fun and exciting, and didn't do the job we expected to get for how much we paid. At the end of the even, he even mouthed off to a couple of the groosmen and didn't understand the alcohol was a part of the reception. Didn't find that very professional. But overall, this is a very good place to book for a dj service. I would reccommend a different DJ, though.
