Down the Aisle

Well, I'm actually writing this review on the "Down The Aisle" located in Anchorage, but it didn't come up on this site. This shop is run by a wonderful, Christian, mother-daughter team. They are very helpful, understanding, and attentive. Unfortunately, I ended up having my wedding out of state, otherwise I would have had them do my flowers and invitations too! I got my dress and 3 bridesmaid dresses there. We had a change in plans with bridesmaids after the origional 3 had been ordered, and they got on the ball and ordered another one for us very quickly. They were a good listening ear for me when I was having problems with a couple people. They can be a little unorganized at times, but for the most part, they know what's going on. I recomend them to anyone who is tired of snooty bridal shops. They are sort of hard to find but I suggest you take the time to look them up. I call them Anchorage's best kept secret!

I went all over the state trying to find the one perfect dress, and I found both it and my veil in the same place, Down the Aisle. It was a cute little shop with a couple of great employees that helped me with everything! (Even when I was in a bad mood from not being able to find my "perfect" dress.)
