Best Western Lake Lucille Inn

Caroline was very nice, yet scary at times. The cost of renting the Iditarod Room with the Lawn was way too much for what little you get. But the Lawn was beautiful!

I booked my wedding with Carolyn, a fantastic manager! She provided me with excellent service she was very knowledgeable and helpful with every aspect of the ceremony and reception. The lawn and flowers were beautiful, the site is so well taken care of and it pictured beautifully. I would recommend this place to anyone, the price is fair, the service is excellent and the view is breathtaking.

We booked the lawn for our ceremony and the Iditarod room for our reception. Carolyn was our contact person. The lawn was an awesome deal & you can't beat the view and calmness of the water!! Even though it rained we had a beautiful ceremony!! Reception inside was great. I also had bar service through BW LL also and they were great. I rented the tablecloths as well as water goblets, great product!! Even with two weddings the nights before, the room was clean and ready for us to start working in it at 10am the day of. We definitely recommend this venue for a wedding!!

Carolyn, the manager is wonderful! She provided promt response and great service, the bartending was excellent. The bad experience was with the owner of the hotel. Not sure of the name, but he cancled catering service, wanted to charge $3 per can of soda. Charged us to rent the tableclothes, and then left the banquet room an absolute MESS and disaster from the banquet the previous night that WE had to clean up in order to set up our stuff. The owner just was NOT easy or fun to work with and did not offer very much for the price we paid. But the manager, Carolyn is wonderful and friendly and helps any way she can with what she can and made sure everything ran the way it was supposed to. So good place to go if you need a big room for a reception and Carolyn is the one to reccommend!!!
